- What is the BONIA Store Pickup service and how does it work?
Our Store Pickup service allows you to shop online and conveniently collect your orders at selected BONIA boutiques.
- Are there any charges for the Store Pickup service?
No. The Store Pickup service is provided at no additional charge.
- Which boutiques offer Store Pickup?

- How do I place an order with store pickup service?
- Select “Store Pickup” as your shipping method during checkout.
- Choose your preferred boutique for order collection.
- Select your preferred collection date and time, then proceed to checkout.
- Visit the selected boutique on your chosen date to collect your order.
- How long does it take to process a Store Pickup order?
Orders can be collected at your selected boutique on the chosen date and time.
Kindly present your order confirmation email to our team or any Retail Associate (RA) at the boutique
- Can someone else collect my order on my behalf?
Yes. If the item has a confirmed manufacturing defect, you may return the item at the boutique during collection. Our e-Customer Care Personnel will assist you with the return process accordingly.
- What happens if I am unable to collect my order on time?
If you are unable to collect your order as scheduled, please contact our e-Customer Care Personnel [hyperlink] to reschedule the pickup date and time.
Your order will be reserved at the selected boutique for up to seven (7) days.
- Can I change or cancel my Store Pickup order?
Once placed, Store Pickup orders cannot be amended or cancelled.
- Can I return an item collected via Store Pickup?
Once your order has been placed, no adjustments can be made, including cancellations. Only apparels and shoes can be exchange in size and color if the purchased item(s) do not fit.
- Can I return my items that I picked in store?
Yes, you may return your item if the item has confirmed to be a manufacturing defect. You may leave the defect item in boutique, our Customer Relations Personnel will contact you accordingly.
- Why is the Store Pickup service unavailable?
The Store Pickup service may be temporarily unavailable during campaign or promotional periods.
