Return & Exchange
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted if you notify us via email and return the item to us within 30 days of receipt (for both local and international orders) in exchange product or Store Credit. Returned item without notification will not be accepted. The product you return must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all the original packaging.
I have received a faulty / incorrect item. What should I do?
We apologise profusely for this blunder. Please kindly contact our e-Customer Care Personnel immediately at ecustomercare@bonia.com attached with a picture of your item where the part of faulty appears at and include a short description of the item along with your order number. We will exchange your item for a new one if you just received it from Shop Online BONIA.com. In the event your faulty item is out of stock, we will reimburse you in the form of cash.
Can I return item that don’t fit?
Only apparel and shoes can be returned if the purchased item(s) do not fit. The product you return must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all the original packaging. Returns are accepted if you notify us via email and return the item to us within 30 days of receipt (for both local and international orders) in exchange for Cash. Returned item without notification will not be accepted.
How long does a refund take?
Refund will take up to 10 to 14 working days for the funds to be reflected in your account.

What is Return Authorisation Reference Number?
Return Authorisation Reference Number is a reference number that provides by BONIA.com after your return request has been approved. To obtain a Return Authorisation Reference Number, you are required to notify us via email, attached with a copy of order confirmation email and image of your received item. Any returned item that is not accompanied by an official return reference number will not be accepted.
Will you refund my return delivery charges?
STRICTLY NO REFUNDS for any shipping & handling charges paid. Return delivery charges from East Malaysia or any countries out of Malaysia are required to be borne by you.

Where do you ship to?
Our BONIA products are primarily delivered to Malaysia only.
How much does the shipping cost?
Shipping is complimentary on all standard orders throughout Peninsular and East Malaysia, excluding except same-day delivery services.
I would like to receive my order at the same day. Can Shop Online BONIA.com ship my order immediately?
SAME DAY DELIVERY
For all same day orders, orders have to be made before 1 pm on the same day. Our Same Day Delivery service is only available for delivery within Klang Valley (Malaysia), and not applicable for weekends and public holidays. Kindly note that a RM35 shipping fee will be charged upon your order and your parcel will be received latest by 6 pm (not including unforeseen circumstances).
Can my order deliver to a different address than the billing address?
Yes, you are required to untick selection of Ship To The Same Address and fill in the required information in Shipping Address in order to ship to a different address than your billing address.
Which address should I ship my order to?
It is advisable to ship to your working address if you are in work during weekdays as our courier partner only makes delivery during Monday to Friday and half day on Saturday.
Do you ship to postal box?
No. Our courier partner is unfortunately unable to deliver to postal box.
How many days does the delivery take?
Once you've successfully placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. After successful confirmation, it takes 3 - 5 working days for our courier partner to deliver within metro areas and 5 - 7 working days to non-metro areas.

What is an e-invoice?
An e-invoice is a digital representation of a transaction between a supplier and a buyer. It is a file created in the format specified by the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (IRBM).
What is a validated e-invoice?
A validated e-invoice is one that has been verified by the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (IRBM). It includes all required invoice details and is assigned a Unique Identification Number (UIN) generated through the government’s MyInvois Portal after the core fields have been verified. Once validated, a QR code is also generated by IRBM, which allows purchasers to confirm the authenticity of the e-invoice online.

What is the timeframe to request an e-invoice?
You may request an e-invoice from on the same day of purchase till 11:59 pm on the second (2nd) calendar day of the following month of purchase.

Please allow up to 2 working days from the date of your request for the validated e-invoice to be sent to your email.
In what way will I receive my validated e-invoice?
For successful purchases made on BONIA.com, validated e-invoices will be issued by CB Franchising Sdn. Bhd.
Once you have submitted your request details, a confirmation email will appear to let you know we have received it. After LHDN validates your e-invoice, you will receive an email with a link to download it.
Please note: if the information provided is incomplete or inaccurate, the validation may fail, and in such cases, BONIA will not be able to issue a validated e-invoice.
How many times can I request an e-invoice for a purchase?
Only one submission can be made for each sales receipt or order number. To help us process your request smoothly, kindly ensure that all information provided in the request form is accurate and complete before submitting.
Can I cancel my e-invoice request after submitting it?
No. Once an e-invoice request has been submitted, it cannot be cancelled. It will be processed automatically unless the information provided is incorrect.
