Nope, the service is completely free, with no minimum spend required.

  1. How do I place an order with store pickup service?
  • Select the “store pickup” as your delivery method.
  • Choose the preferred store to pick up.
  • Select your preferred date, time and proceed to check out.
  1. How long does my order for processing?

Your order will take 7 working days to arrive your preferred store.

  1. How do I collect my order?

Based on your preferred store, date and time that you choose in earlier, please proceed to the cashier counter, or notify any Retail Associate (RA) for assistance and present your order confirmation email for collection.

  1. Can someone else pick up my order?

Yes, you can have someone else pick up your order on your behalf. Forward them the pick-up confirmation email and please note that screenshots of confirmation email is not accepted.

  1. What would happen if I am unable to collect my order in time?

You may contact our Customer Relations Personnel to reschedule the pickup date and time. Your item will be reserve at your preferred store for 7 days.

  1. Can I change or cancel my order for pickup?

Once your order has been placed, no adjustments can be made, including cancellations. Only apparels and shoes can be exchange in size and color if the purchased item(s) do not fit.

  1. Can I return my items that I picked in store?

Yes, you may return your item if the item has confirmed to be a manufacturing defect. You may leave the defect item in boutique, our Customer Relations Personnel will contact you accordingly.

  1. Why isn't the store pickup service available?

Our pickup service will be temporarily unavailable during the campaign/promotion period.
