Terms & Conditions:
- Account must be public for an official valid entry.
- This giveaway is limited to the respective social media platform. Posts made on other platforms are not eligible.
- This giveaway is open to Resident of Malaysia aged 18 and above only.
- All entries have to be submitted via the submission form and any incomplete entries will not be considered.
- By participating in this campaign and submitting this form, participants consent to the collection, use, disclosure and processing of their personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and Personal Data Protection (Amendment) Act 2024 and Bonia’s Personal Data Protection Notice.
- Personal data collected includes name, contact details, date of birth, social media handle post or link and such other information as required for campaign administration, participant verification, winner validation, and event entry purposes only.
- Personal data collected will be used solely for campaign administration, participant verification, winner validation, event entry management, and legal or regulatory compliance.
- Personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes of this campaign, after which it will be securely deleted or anonymised, unless retention is required by law.
- The Company will implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, misuse or loss.
- Personal data may be disclosed to appointed third-party service providers strictly for campaign administration and event execution, subject to confidentiality obligations.
- You have the right to request access to your personal data, correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data and/or withdraw consent for the processing of your personal data. However, any such request may affect your eligibility to continue participating in this Campaign.
- Winners will be selected by BONIA to enter the dedicated 'Photo Moment with Joong Archen' Waiting Zone during the event. Selection will be based on the creativity of entries and accuracy of submission details, not on a first-come-first-served basis.
- All the winners who attend will receive a mystery gift upon registration at the event venue.
- Selected participants may be required to present valid IC or passport on event day for verification purposes. No copies, recordings, or retention of IC or passport details will be made, unless otherwise required by law.
- The winner cannot be duplicated under any circumstances across any social media platform.
- Participation rights are not transferable, refundable, and/or exchangeable for cash, credit, or any other items. Any cases of transfer, resale or other violations will result in disqualification and denial of entry to the event.
- BONIA reserved the right to modify, postpone, reschedule, or cancel the event or any part of the fan experience due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to safety concerns, operational requirements, or force majeure events.
- BONIA reserved the right to amend the terms & conditions without prior notice.
