A Casting Call: Contest Terms & Conditions
Campaign Period:
28 August – 7 September 2026
Eligibility:
Open to Malaysian citizens and legal residents aged eighteen (18) years and above at the time of entry.
Employees of BONIA Corporation Berhad, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies, its appointed agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Winner Selection:
- Twenty (20) winners from Instagram entries.
- Five (5) winners from TikTok entries.
- Five (5) winners from RedNote entries.
Winners will be selected based on the creativity of their styling and the accuracy and completeness of their submissions.
Winners will be announced on 10 September 2026 and will be contacted via DM or email.
How to Participate:
STEP 1
Visit any participating BONIA boutique* between 28 August – 7 September 2026.
STEP 2
Style yourself with BONIA products.
(Show us your best audition look if you were to be cast in Namtan’s next film!)
STEP 3
Share your most creative post.
(Follow, tag @bonia and use #BONIAwithNamtan #LiveToMyRhythm)
STEP 4
Comment on BONIA’s official campaign post by tagging two (2) friends to join the casting call.
STEP 5
Submit your entry via our Typeform using the QR code with the accurate and complete details.
*Participating Boutiques (8): BONIA Pavilion KL, BONIA TRX, BONIA Mid Valley, BONIA Suria KLCC, BONIA IOI City Mall, BONIA Mid Valley Southkey, BONIA Mahkota Parade, and BONIA Imago Kota Kinabalu.
Prizes:
Each of the thirty (30) selected winners will receive:
- One (1) Exclusive Media Event Invitation to the House of BONIA, Pavilion KL.
- One (1) Photo Opportunity with Namtan Tipnaree at the House of BONIA, Pavilion KL, admitting one (1) person only.
- One (1) Mystery Gift (to be collected during the Media Event).
Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not exchangeable for cash or other items.
Terms & Conditions:
- Participant accounts must be set to public for an entry to be considered valid.
- Qualifying posts must remain public and undeleted until 16 September 2026. Entries removed, archived or set to private before this date will be disqualified, including for the purposes of the Grand Prize selection.
- Entries must be the participant’s own original content. Content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights, including music, imagery or footage owned by others, will be disqualified.
- Entries containing offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, obscene or otherwise inappropriate content, or content that misrepresents the BONIA brand, will be disqualified at BONIA’s sole discretion.
- This giveaway is limited to the respective social media platform. Posts made on other platforms are not eligible.
- All entries must be submitted via the submission form. Incomplete entries will not be considered.
- By participating in this campaign and submitting this form, participants consent to the collection, use, disclosure and processing of their personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and the Personal Data Protection (Amendment) Act 2024, and BONIA’s Personal Data Protection Notice.
- Personal data collected includes name, contact details, date of birth, social media handle, post or link, and such other information as required for campaign administration, participant verification, winner validation, and event entry purposes only.
- Personal data collected will be used solely for campaign administration, participant verification, winner validation, event entry management, and legal or regulatory compliance.
- Personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes of this campaign, after which it will be securely deleted or anonymised, unless retention is required by law.
- The Company will implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, misuse or loss.
- Personal data may be disclosed to appointed third-party service providers strictly for campaign administration and event execution, subject to confidentiality obligations.
- You have the right to request access to your personal data, correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data, and/or withdraw consent for the processing of your personal data. However, any such request may affect your eligibility to continue participating in this campaign.
- Winner selection will be based on the creativity of entries and the accuracy of submission details, not on a first-come, first-served basis.
- All winners who attend will receive a Mystery Gift upon registration at the event venue.
- Selected participants may be required to present a valid IC or passport on event day for verification purposes. No copies, recordings, or retention of IC or passport details will be made, unless otherwise required by law.
- A winner cannot be duplicated under any circumstances across any social media platform.
- By participating in this campaign and submitting an audition look, participants consent to BONIA using, reproducing and displaying their submitted audition look photograph or image for campaign and event-related purposes.
- Participation rights are not transferable, refundable, and/or exchangeable for cash, credit, or any other items. Any instance of transfer, resale or other violation will result in disqualification and denial of entry to the event.
- BONIA reserves the right to modify, postpone, reschedule, or cancel the event or any part of the fan experience due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to safety concerns, operational requirements, or force majeure events.
- BONIA reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
